What should I do if what I received wasn’t what I expected?

We offer a 30 day 100% Money Back Guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product please contact us and we will provide either refund, replacement product or gift certificate to the same value. All we ask is you pay for the return freight. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact with Develop Your Kids.

What should I do if the goods are damaged on arrival?

If your goods are damaged on arrival please call us immediately so we can determine a suitable solution. Refunds will not be given if goods are simply returned, you must contact us first for return instructions. If goods are damaged on arrival we will pay for any return freight cost.

How will my goods be delivered?

We use Australia Post whenever possible to deliver your purchase. If you are not home when your delivery arrives a parcel notice will be put in your letter box advising you when you are able to pick up your package and from which post office. We anticipate a 3 –10 day delivery time once your order is received. If you haven’t received your goods within 14 days please contact us.

Do you offer express deliveries?

In most cases our delivery times are 3 – 10 days. If you need an express delivery please contact us to confirm that the items you want are in stock and we will then let you know how much the cost will be and how quickly we could get it to you. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How much will shipping cost?

For orders over $150.00 delivery is FREE. For orders under $150.00 we offer a flat $15.00 delivery fee, which will be added to your order at check out. Orders can be picked up from Buderim, Queensland for free. Once your order is processed we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for pick up.


Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not currently ship internationally, though we are happy to take orders from overseas to be delivered within Australia.

How secure is Develop Your Kids?

Develop Your Kids uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers. We strongly value your privacy and your need to have your data protected. Please see our Privacy Policy

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Direct Deposit, Cheque, Australia Post Money Order and PayPal. Payment instructions and our bank details will be emailed with your order confirmation. Once your payment has been received in our account we will process your order.

What happens if what I want isn’t in stock?

If for some reason your product isn’t in stock when you order it we will let you know as soon as we can and advise you on an estimated delivery time. How long this takes will be determined by our suppliers, and whether they have the product in stock. You can then choose if you would like to wait for the product or remove that item from your order.
