Warranties

If your goods are damaged on arrival please call us immediately so we can determine a suitable solution. Refunds will not be given if goods are simply returned, you must contact us first for return instructions. If 7 days has elapsed from delivery no refund or product replacement will be possible.

All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Develop Your Kids. Develop Your Kids is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse or mistreatment of the items(s).

Shipping & Handling

We use Australia Post whenever possible to deliver your purchase. If you are not home when the delivery comes a parcel notice will be put in your letter box advising you when you are able to pick up your package and from which post office. We anticipate a 3 –10 day delivery time once your order is received. If you haven’t received your goods within 14 days please contact us.

For orders over $150.00 shipping is FREE. For orders under $150.00 we offer a flat $10.00 delivery fee, which will be added to your order at checking out.

If you require an express delivery please contact us on ordering to confirm that the item is in stock and we can provide you a cost and timeframe. You can then decide if you want to go ahead with the rush delivery.

We do not currently ship internationally, though we are happy to take orders from overseas to be delivered within Australia.

Backorders

If for some reason your product isn’t in stock when you order it we will let you know as soon as we can and advise you on an estimated delivery time. You can then choose if you would like to wait for the product or remove that item from your order. This will all happen before we process your payment.

If a product is listed incorrectly for any reason Develop Your Kids reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for that product. If your credit card has already been charged we will credit the full amount of the original order and process the new and correct order in full.
